Nothing close to a real replay from a hockey broadcast.Įnjoying the game for the most part, but when basic stuff like that can’t be done right, it feels very frustrating at times. It’s since NHL 20 the replays have started to show the goals from angles that… just doesn’t make sense! Weird angles and weird positioned cameras. This never used to be a problem in the past. What happened to double replays and the option to just skip past those? Who’s idea was it to have just one replay? Most of the time you get some bad angle you don’t want to see. Or when they zoom in on the mascot, who does a couple of moves, but due to the loading time, he get’s tired and just stand there. You can control their skating, but just glide around while the camera seem to be handled by someone who’s drunk. I mean, players who’re just standing there. Making sure that the guy who scores the deciding goal get it, and not… someone else! The gwg glitch! Where players who haven’t even scored a goal manage to have gwg’s. If I’m on the PP and see that my team has X% PK this game… honestly, how hard should that be to get right? Feels like it must be wrong in sll game modes, not just franchise mode? Most of the the time it shows wrong numbers and the wrong team’s PP/PK numbers. The mostly useless PP/PK-stats shown on the ice before a faceoff. Waiting for the next whistle snd hopefully that whistle is due to something else than the opponents scoring (on superstar it has happened to me a handful of times). The development team is also updating uniforms for some of the teams in the game too. This is called the March Update 1.5.0, and includes a few technical and bug fixes. But I still guess a lot of people will find the game to be muuuch worse, after the patch has been dropped, hehe, but we'll see.Īn update is an update, but there sure are some pretty essential things missing. EA Sports has released the NHL 22 update 1.50 (PS5 version 1.050), which is out for both last-gen and next-gen platforms. 1 gameplay fix sounds too little to have any real noticeable affect/impact. Were a few rare cases, the body positioning wasen't having the exact amount of impact that it should.īut I believe when people force the living hell out of the game because they try to break through for a cross crease one timer, is also what hurts the game experience the most, and if this 'few rare cases' could save us from some cross creases and instead the defensive side gets to keep the puck, that could ofc lead to less forced gameplay.īut I dont know. ![]() ![]() Hehe yeah dosent sound much for the world.I agree.īut im actually curious to see how this little fix may affect the gameplay experience as a whole.Īlso curious to know how they can measure this kinda things.
